Do I need a referral to make an appointment with Dr. Kowalski?
A referral is not needed to see Dr. Kowalski unless your insurance requires one. Global Health and Workers Compensation will always need one, but there are some other insurances that require a referral as well. If you are not sure if your insurance requires a referral you can call your insurance carrier or Primary Care Physician to find out if you need a referral.
How do I make an appointment with Dr. Kowalski?
You may call our office a 405-749-7031 and we will be happy to assist you. You may also contact your Primary Care physician and ask them to refer you to us.
How long does the average appointment with Dr. Kowalski take?
If you are a new patient seeing Dr. Kowalski for the first time please allow an hour if you arrive at the office with your paper work filled out and an hour and half if you have not filled out your new patient paper work.
If you are seeing Dr. Kowalski for a follow up visit plan on allowing between 30 min to hour.
We do work patients in for emergencies and Dr. Kowalski tries to insure that he answers all of the patient's questions. Some day’s appointments take longer and/or Dr. Kowalski may be running late.
